The Verdmont Capital SA Foundation was initiated in 2006 with the plan to aid children in Panama,Panama. The main focus of the foundation is to aid school children in less affluent areas with school supplies, uniforms and shoes. It is funded through donations from Verdmont Capital, its employees, owners, clients and friends.

Verdmont Capital pays for all of the foundation's administration fees; therefore 100% of contributions go to charitable causes. The Foundation does not have tax exempt status, thus contributions do not provide any tax benefit. Verdmont Capital
