The Verdmont Childrens Foundation was established in 2006 with the plan to provide children in Panama. The main focus of the foundation is to provide school children in low income areas with school supplies, uniforms and shoes. It is funded through donations from Verdmont Capital SA Panama, its employees, owners, clients and friends.

Verdmont Capital SA Panama pays for all of the foundation's administration fees; therefore 100% of gifts go to charitable causes. The Foundation does not have tax exempt status, thus gifts do not provide any tax benefit. Verdmont Childrens Foundation
