The Verdmont capital Childrens Foundation was initiated in 2006 with the commitment to assist children in Panama, Republic de Panama. The main focus of the foundation is to assist school children in poorer areas with school supplies, uniforms and shoes. It is funded through donations from Verdmont Capital, its employees, owners, clients and friends.

Verdmont Capital pays for all of the foundation's administration fees; therefore 100% of gifts go to charitable causes. The Foundation does not have tax exempt status, thus gifts do not provide any tax benefit. Verdmont Capital SA Foundation
