The Verdmont Foundation was initiated in 2006 with the commitment to provide children in Panama,Panama. The primary focus of the foundation is to provide school children in poorer areas with school supplies, uniforms and shoes. It is funded through donations from Verdmont, its employees, owners, clients and friends.

Verdmont pays for all of the foundation's administration fees; therefore 100% of contributions go to charitable causes. The Foundation does not have tax exempt status, thus contributions do not provide any tax benefit. Verdmont Capital SA
