The Verdmont capital Childrens Foundation was initiated in 2006 with the commitment to contribute to children in Panama. The primary focus of the foundation is to contribute to school children in poorer areas with school supplies, uniforms and shoes. It is funded through donations from Verdmont Capital SA, its employees, owners, clients and friends.

Verdmont Capital SA pays for all of the foundation's administration fees; therefore 100% of donations go to charitable causes. The Foundation does not have tax exempt status, thus donations do not provide any tax benefit. Verdmont Fundación de Niños
